DMC V2 Damping Rods (Gold Valve Kit and Rods ONLY) These are the BEST* upgrade for you Stock 110 forks!
These front fork damping rods replace the stock damping rods to increase travel 1.5"(EXCEPT L MODEL) and provide increased damping control for the rider. Slows rebound and increases compression damping for a firmer more controlled ride. These make a great combination with our Race Tech Gold Valve Kit and Stiff springs(SOLD SEPERATLY) We Do Sell a Combo kit at a discounted Price

Racetech Gold Valve Cartridge Emulator Kit

Damping Rod style forks are notorious for being both too harsh, too mushy and too easy to bottom. Gold Valve Cartridge Emulators remedy this problem by controlling the damping with a tunable valve that sits on top of the damping rod and is held in place by the main spring. Simply put, Emulators make damping rod forks perform like well-tuned cartridge forks.
When using these emulators on the standard KLX110 forks we highly suggest running the racetech springs so that you can get the proper preload with them. Using the BBR springs will put about 50mm of preload and it will be VERY STIFF. We recommend 5-7mm of preload to get them setup properly.

- Gold Valves (1 Pair)
- Includes one pair of each spring rate; 26lb Silver, 40lb Blue, 64lb Yellow and 101lb Red
- Includes 3 options for Valve plate bleed holes. (no holes, 2 holes, 4 holes)
- Require Damping rod modification. See Installation Instructions in pictures for more details.
